Booking & Cancellation

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receiving an SMS confirmation from our system.
• Free cancellation is available up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup may attract a cancellation fee.
• No-show by the passenger will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.
• Bangalore Airport Taxi reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

Fares & Payment

• All fares displayed are inclusive of driver charges, fuel, and applicable taxes.
• Fares are calculated based on minimum distance (base fare) plus extra km charges for additional distance.
• For airport trips, fares are based on toll-free routes unless otherwise selected.
• Any additional waiting charges (beyond 15 minutes free waiting) are to be paid directly to the driver.
• Toll charges, parking fees, and state entry taxes (if any) are to be borne by the passenger.
• Payment can be made in cash, UPI, or online at the time of booking or to the driver.

Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must be available at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
• The phone number provided during booking must be reachable for driver coordination.
• Passengers are responsible for their own baggage and belongings.
• Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged accordingly.

Vehicle & Driver

• We reserve the right to substitute the booked vehicle with an equivalent or higher category if required.
• Drivers are instructed to follow all traffic rules and safety regulations.
• Please treat our drivers with respect. Any abusive behaviour may result in trip termination.
• GPS tracking is enabled on all our vehicles for safety and monitoring purposes.

Liability

• Bangalore Airport Taxi is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or acts of God.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
• Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the fare paid for the trip.
• We are not responsible for missed flights or trains due to traffic or road conditions.

Coupon Codes & Offers

• Coupon codes are valid only for the specified trip types and within the validity period.
• Coupons cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Bangalore Airport Taxi reserves the right to modify or cancel offers at any time.
• Misuse of coupon codes will result in booking cancellation without refund.
